Wrist Strap for V3?
On the right side of the phone a the hinge appears to be a spot to insert a wrist strap. Does anyone know if Motorola has one of these or if someone has developed on?
I guess I could get any old strap and it would work, but I was just curious to know if there is a Moto version.

actually that hinge is to attach the little motorola lens cleaner that comes with the phone

I like Scott's idea better, but using a neck lanyard, not a wrist strap. I think it'd get banged around too much on someone's wrist.
The Motorola lens cleaner is a joke. The hard plastic edges will scratch the screen/lens, so the useable surface area is about 1/2" square. The only thing it's good for is to more prominently diplay the Moto logo.

That was a lens cleaner? How does that thing clean lenses? It looks like a wrist step of some sort.

The back of it is some sort of foam that I assume is safe on glass surfaces. But, I know from taking care of a show car that plastics and polyester will scratch, so the edges can't safely contact the lens or screen surfaces (IMO).

I agree it's a joke, in fact one has to figure who has time to route the elastic thru that part of the phone.
But, it does work nice, if you look at it, it is bulged out a bit at it's center. (Kinda like Cingular, bulged out at it's center, damn tham, cheap, no holster, no games in it, etc ...) Place the soft side on the screen and press the center only to move it around, clean screen results.
