Portrait pics

I have the black RAZR & on the first one that I got (before I exchanged it for an identical one), one problem I had was that when using the outter display for a "portrait picture" I would press & hold the Smart Key so I could see my self on the outter screen. When I would press the Smart Key to actually take the picture, it would say "Picture Capture Failed" & then when I open the phone, the top half of the main screen would be a blur of colors, then would switch back to the regular wallpaper. Has anyone else had a problem with this? Because now with my 2nd black RAZR, it has started to happen again...

Yes, I have the exact same problem with this and it drives me crazy! What I have found is that you need quite a bit of light for the picture to take. When I try to take pictures of myself with the phone closed, it will fail everytime unless there is a lot of light. I don't know how to fix this, sorry 🙂
