Where else? Well I just signed a 2 year contract and got a NEW RAZR free (I paid $149.00 and will a $200.00 refund in 3 months)

It sounds like you are a new customer and you bought from a 3rd party. Well done! However you did have to sign a 2 year contract. What I was offering was an alternative method to get this phone and the 2 accessories without signing anything. Someone must have thought it was attractive. My paypal account is now heavier by $225 🙂 and that was used to help make up for my 6682.
