Razr has a AIM hotkey on the home screen. How to change it?
T-mobile raze has the AIM hotkey to instant message right on the homepage. I use Yahoo instant message. Is there a way to swap it to yahoo? Why does it seem to be locked on that hotkey. It's like a waste of a function button if you don't use AIM.

I don't know how or if Yahoo can be used, but you can certainly customize button functions. Settings > Personalize > Home Screen > Home Keys. You can change joypad buttons as well as the soft keys and the smart button.

hmmm.... mine originally had an IM hotkey that led to a menu whereo ne could choose yahoo or aim. however after choosing yahoo, the option of aim is gone and cannot even be retrieved by going to settings->personalize->home screen->home keys. i like the phone, but some of its idocyncracies (sp?) drive me nuts.
