Downloading photos to pc

I have a Cingular Razr that did not come with any software to install on a pc which would allow me to download photos taken from my phone...I do have the appropriate cable, however.

What do I need to do in order to transfer pics from my phone to my PC?

You need the Motorola Mobile PhoneTools software. I got it on ebay for very little. It was emailed to me after purchase. I did download some pics I had taken
