Motorola RAZR V3

I've had my black razr for about 4months now. Every now and then, the screen gets lines on it causing the resolution to get worse. If I pop out the battery and put it back, its fine. but then it happens again a few days later or even later the same day. I've noticed it happens mostly near or around where i work. Is there a problem with my phone or is something near my workplace causing some sort of interference that is messing up the screen?
