Motorola RAZR V3
Cant connect to web with Razr. Is it even possible?
Ive tried everything from changing the web settings, taking my phone to Cingular and letting a tech set it up, etc etc etc
And it STILL wont connect to the web or send text messages. Can anyone tell me if its even possible? Cingular was no help and said they did all they could. If I cant find an answer Im taking the phone back and will NEVER buy a motorola product again.
How hard can it be to get it to work? Its like some big mystery. All over the internet Ive found that many many Razr owners cant connect to the web, and for what reason? Makes no sense.
Any help? I bought it brand new at Cingular 3 days ago. They took the chip thingy out of my 3 year old Nokia phone and put it in the razr.

Ok I just noticed something that the Cingular tech/salesman didnt notice. I dont have a GPRS icon on my home screen, and its been 3 days since I added MediaBasic to my service plan.
If theres no icon, does that mean that I dont have the service added yet? How do I get GPRS enabled on my phone?
