RAZR V3, External LCD crack within the manufacture leather case
I've had this phone for 10 days, it is in the leather case that came with it 90% of the time because I got a bluetooth headset with it. Only time I took it out was to take a picture and transfer ringtones through the bluetooth.
Last thing I did was take a picture, screen is still fine, put it in the leather case, got into my car, I'm in Canada so the weather is cold, I have layers of clothing cover this leather case as well, drove home took my phone out to setup my alarm for work and the screen started to flicker with lines than I notice a small crack from the bottom left corner t...

Sorry to hear that you're having not-too-good-luck with your RAZR.
I am a persistent phone dropper (my V600 that I had before my RAZR used to get the most abuse, because it was so shiny and slippery), so of course, the RAZR is getting its fair share. But for the most part--I've dropped it like 3 times--knock on wood--hasn't cracked yet.

The reason I think they replaced it without any hassle is because I only had this for 10 days and all the platics where still on it. No scratches or any signs of physical damage.
