Motorola RAZR V3
A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL! CINGULAR

I just got back from one of Cingular's flagship stores in New York. I asked the manager if he knew anything about the Motorola RAZR phone. He told me, now it is called the V3 and he got an email recently saying that this phone will be available at all Cingular Corporate stores in mid September. He did not give me a price. And he was not 100% sure, but he was pretty certain. 😁

I know for a fact that cingular and motorola has a contest that gives sales associates, and managers a free motorola v3, or v551 if they sell enough v220's and v400's usually when they have these contests the rewards are produccts that motorola and cingular want their staff to become familliar with. the v3, and v551 will be released. they will probably be released on AT&T and t-mobile first though. Cingular always waits a month or two, so they can do extensive product testing and see the issues that the phone has caused with other carriers. So expect these phones, but its worth the wait to go with a carrier who is responsible enough to release a product that they are sure will be good.
