New unit, existing sign in issues? help

If you have service already and get another Hiptop2/sidekick2 unit that has been used before, how do you override the previous user info?

you put in your sim and go thru and delete all there stuff

Put your sim card in and call tmobile customer care at 611 and they will clear out previous owner info. I had the same problem when I bought mine off ebay.
