Palm Treo 650 (CDMA)

I know I am late in the game but I am picking up the 650 for my gorlfriend on Sat. Just wondering are there any tips or warnings about this phone that I should be preadvised about. What accesories are vital? How many times should she be prepared to call Sprint with probs? I have scanned thru this forum and noticed a few pointers but any help will be appreciated.
