whats up with the bugs?
Is it me, b/c my phone keeps powering off on me; keeps restarting. Now, as im writing its frozen in that state. Its going on 25 mins and its just a white screen. I took the battery off three times. On one of those times, i even took the SIM out...nothing. Im not in the mood to deal with Cingular CS, cuz its gonna be a run-around. Does anyone know why it does this?? if this is a very common problem, there should be a recall!! I was a fan of this phone, but now, i suggest do not get this phone! Maybe im just the unlucky one. 😢

thats what you get for being a cingular customer...duhhhh....If you where a verizon customer you could walk right into the store and get a new one..duhhh..or send it back and get a new one...duhhh Good luck with your piece of **** phone

Wow, that's a nice friendly response!! 😡 Why are some people so rude. Who cares what carrier you are with. To each his own. I was with Verizon and they are not all they are cracked up to be in my area, so I didn't stay with them. But anyway, back to the Samsung problem. That seems to be a problem with Samsung camera phones. I had the E-316 with AT&T and it had nothing but problems. I had to exchange it 3 times before going to a different phone.

Well not all Samsung camera phones. I just think certain ones b/c my friend has the A680, with sprint and she loves it. When i was tryin to replace my motorola v220 she suggested going with a samsung brand. Hmph, i guess samsung just make some models better than others. Yea, if you gotta change a phone more than twice, its time to switch brands all together. So now i have the LG1400...hope this one works 😕

I had the LG1400 too. I liked it at first until I tried to get the pics off of the phone. You can only send them to another phone through MMS and not an email address, so you can't get them onto a computer. Also, I bought 2 different cases for the phone and both of them kept causing the phone to flip open all the time. It was driving me crazy. One other thing that bothered me was that ding sound the phone makes everytime you delete something or say yes to something. If it wasn't for those things I would've kept the phone. It has great reception and the sound quality is great. It's also a cool lookng phone and it's a light weight phone.
