photo wallpaper issues

I'm having a problem with getting pictures I take on my camera to show up full screen as wallpaper. The picture will show up, but has white lines on the top and bottom, not using the whole screen. Is there any way to make them fill the screen?
Any help would be very appiciated.

thats just the res the camera has, vga. basically, the screen res is so good that the camera cant fill it up with the inexpensive vga cam. its screen res is the same as a treo 650, kinda tough to do. i'll gladly deal with white lines for that screen tho
