Sliding rear cover issues

I have read everyone's comments and the one thing that concerns me is people are saying the rear cover is a bit flimsy/wonky.
Anyone have that problem or know the trick to tighten it up?

I sold my 6682 off because of that problem. It was always opening up. I tried to jimmyrig it but nothing worked. I was hoping somebody would design a battery cover minus the sliding door.

I have the Krusell case for mine and the back cover never slides open. In fact I'm thinking of putting a little silicone bump on the cover to make it easyer to open and close.
