Nokia 6682 / 6681
help with bluetooth/syncing
I have not used bluetooth before so forgive the naive questions. i am trying to sync 6682 with pc laptop. i can see the phone in bluetooth neighborhood on the laptop and see the laptop in bluetooth on the phone, but syncing fails. I can't pair them on the laptop because it asks for a passkey i don't have. Any advice?

progress - great! but now it still wont sync. from the pc side it says cannot use the connection type. but using bluetooth neighborhood i can transfer files over the paired connection. what next?

The pass key it is aking you for is determined by you, and must be entered the same on both devices during pairing.
You decide the passkey(word), when you enter it and hit ok, the other device will ask you if you want to pair, and then you enter the same key again. pairing should then be complete.
The 6682 will ask you if you want to authorize the new device. If you say yes, anytime the two devices communicate, you will not be asked permission, actions will take place automaticly.
On the other device(laptop/pc/whatever else you connect to), you need to set the permissions manually.
