To all thoes with problems-------
Well like some of you on here that I have had issues with call logs being lost and copying sim contatct over and over. I also had a problem with my bluetooth headset not working properly. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service and tech support at Nokia, I now have not had any of these issues. It was all to simple of a fix. They had me back up the data on the phone to my computer and gave me a code to type in that completely reset the phone, and that was it. They said that if this didn't work I would have to send in the phone to get serviced, but it didn't have to go that far. I have never been happier with a phone.
...
OK... so WHATS the code ?
Did you restore the backup after the process ?
I backed up and restored my phone Saturday night to load my new 512MB MMC. The phone seems more "normal" since I did that.

OK, I take that back. I did still have my doubts. Just cycled the phone. Asked to copy contacts to sim when I went to contacts and call logs cleared.
Joe (awaiting the secret code)

Why didn't he include the code in the original post, hmmmmmm...
...
is that true?
we all need that code 🙂
...
Let me guess... the code was *#7370#. I've tried that (as per Nokia support) and it didn't work. Back to square 1.

I believe that *#7370# was the code, but I am sorry I really don;t remember. If you call tech support and ask how to format the phone they will tell you how. I am not a phone guru, I was just statig what worked for my phone. If you haven;t tried this, it is worth a shot.

I called Nokia, Cingular, Symbian, and ESPN. They told me that secret codes aren't needed for phones that have been tested tried and true.
