yes, we shall see. I have not done the hard reset as of yet.

I have mentioned in other posts, I will say one more time... My phone was fine the first 9 days. Since, the issues seem to come and go.

You did the backup before or after the hard reset ? Could the hard reset of gotten rid of it, therefore it wasn't on the backup TO restore to your new MMC.

I had a similar problem when using transfer vs backup/restore. Transfer seemed to miss a lot of apps. When I restored from a backup, everything restored fine to my new MMC.

Did you receive any conformation messages on your phone indicating the reset had been performed ?

Yes it's fairly simple. It says the phone will restart, and when it powers back on, it is complete. One note: if you have customized your folders in the menu, and moved certain icons to certain folders, you may want to write down how you have set the icons and where you moved them. The backup doesn't put things back exactly like you had them.

I also was thinking about something...how many of us that have had this problem have installed FExplorer on our phone. Could that possibly be the issue??

I have had quite a number of phones, starting out with the old Moto bagphone. You are hard pressed to find perfection in anything, so if it's never fixed I can live with it. Even our pc's tend to give us headaches sometimes. I really think this is an awesome phone and I would never consider changing to something else because of those 2 issues.
