Cingular pulled the 6682?
Just was checking the Cingular website and the 6682 has now disappeared. What happened?

I've noticed that its not available on several sites. I think there have been a lot of problems with the phone. Does anyone know the difference between the 6682 and 6681. The 6681 has the PTT FEATURE. I wanna buy it, but I'm afraid it won't work with CINGULARS PTT service in November.

This phone does NOT have a lot of problems. Its probably the best damn cellphone available to any US carrier at the present.

I saw a lot of problems posted just from people on this forum, even though they said they loved the phone. My concern is not that though. Can anyone tell me if the PTT will work with Cingular's new service?

I ordered a replacement 6682 last Friday, 5 days ago. Today I called for a tracking number and was told that there are no longer any 6682's in stock and the rep could not find out when they would again be available.
It was reported on PhoneScoop that letstalk is back-ordered until October 21.

Probably why its not on the website anymore. Same thing happened with the 6620 last year. They couldn't keep them in stock they sold so fast. Had mine for 15 days now and my local store hasn't even sniffed them yet.

Yes!!!! This thing deletes your call logs!! Can you imagine the audacity of a cellphone not being able to hold a call log????
