Icy: BT headet used with Razr
I used an Moto 810 with both, it's the one I like best out of the four I have.
I also have:
Jabra250- does not work well with my Treo 650(why I got it). I haven't tried it with others. I don't care for the behind the ear thing.
se HBH-600- works great with Treo 650, handles calls the way BT headset should. Shorter battery life. Does not work well with my 6230. It seemed to just drop the connection.
Plantronics 2500- works well with Treo 650 also, but not comfortable for me(behind the ear)

I have the Moto 850 (gave the 810 to a friend of mine) works good, I like it.
Moto 820, works good and is very light.
Sony HBH 660, good but gets uncomfortable after awhile.
Tekken EZ Talk2000, least favorite.
Moto HF800 portable speaker, very loud, it is clipped to my visor and what I use while driving.
