You can get a 512mb card for the 6682.
It must be dual voltage rs mmc(1.8v-3.6), a single voltage rs mmc will not work and there are more single voltage cards out there than dual, make sure.
Have seen 512 on eBay for $50 to your door.

Yes, I have a Kingston. It works fine. Make sure you get the dual voltage RS-MMC. Kingston calls it MMC Mobile.
If you go to their home page, you can use their memory search on the front page (Nokia -> 6682) to get the part number, MMCM/512. ;-)
