Menu key sticking
Has anyone had any problems with the phone stalling or freezing? is your menu key sticking or when you get a call do you find that sometimes when you press the green phone icon that it doesn't pick up the call? Its happen to me twice since I have had this phone.

I haven't experienced those problems nor do I recall it being widely reported. Perhaps you just got one with a bad keypad and should return it for another.

well, if you have sticky keys... I don't know of how to fix it, other than get another. Or find a local Nokia authorized service center and take it in there and see if they have an easy way to clean or repair it.

I too have had this happen a few times...
There are odviously a few bugs. I also have had my phone indicate that the battery was dead with a little "u turn" symbol at the top of the battery strength line and the line gone... but when I turn the phone off and restart it its ok again.

I sent mine back in and still waiting on the refund...back to using the 6620 😡

That has nothing to do with your battery. That is an icon signifying you have a missed call.

The housing might not have been put on correctly. You might have to take the front housing off and see if you can loosen it that way.
