deleting text messages

is there a way to delete all the text messages at once. Or do i have to do it one at a time.

When in your text messages, press options and scroll down to mark, then mark all..it will put a check mark beside each one, then press the C button which is right below the red hang up key. It will ask you to confirm and there ya go.....
