what is the deal?
what is the big deal about the 32k sim card? I have the 6682, I thought the 64k was sposed to work better? I dont have any problems with my phone besides that it will not keep my contacts saved in the phone i always have to copy them.
...
with the 32k sim it will keep your contacts the 1st time and you wont be having these issues...just another example of cingular trying to make an " improvement " and failing miserably...

mrdeth,
or should we call you by your Czech name..... these miserable failures you mention, happen in our world "all the time", behind every success, there are undoubtably many "miserable failures". In YOUR eutopian world, all may happen the way you WISH, in the real world, an idea is brought to success on the backs of mistakes, until it reaches the point of success. Success, is and of itself a spectrum in which it may exist anywhere along the measuring standard it is examined against.
So, sit back, do yourself, AND THE REST OF US, a huge favor and take a chill pill, enjoy the ride, everything will work out in the end.....althought it may not work out the way you WISH.....
And for heaven sake, quit crying like some spoiled little SO...

It's not about what it IS, it's about HOW IT'S DONE!!!!!!!
YOU......cry like a f'ing baby.....waaaaa!!!!!!
Think of it this way, if two people look at a glass of water, that is only filled half way:
One might say it's half full, the other might say it's half empty...........difference, one is an optimist..............the other is a pessimist...........I'm not to familiar with that many people who enjoy the ramblings of a pessimist.
vpu2....OUT!!!!

I see half a glass of water...

The 32k and the 64k are different... the 64k has more memory... they work the same with contacts so ignore that those comments... it all has to do with the network that the SIM card picks up. the 32k sim card was made to work with the old cingular network before the merger with ATT. Your phone will roam differently when using the 32k vs. the 64k. you basically are going to look for what is now t-mobiles network before you find cingulars (t-mobile bought the old network). it's a trade off but it helps a little. note!!!! not all sims work with every phone... 3G cards are having problems with certain phones... not sure which ones or when... sorry.
