Can you present the scenario in which you should be credited r/o mins????
How did you lose them?

Cingular has released a new rollover policy that allows them to reduce your rollover minutes to whatever the amount of daytime minutes on the new plan are. So say that you have 3000 rollover minutes and you switch to a plan with 700 daytime minutes, then you will only carry over 700 of the rollover minutes. These minutes are on every bill and you should keep track just in case. Any discretion can be fixed by calling customer care

That is "correctomundo", you may have a hard time getting those r/o mins back once you've made the switch........
The "new plans" SUCK in that respect....the "rationale" is that if you are accumulating a lot of r/o mins, you are on the wrong rate plan........
What they're not saying, is "they'd like a chance to snag .35/.45 or whatever your overage rate, per minute is...........from YOU!!!!
If you're doing battle, know this, regular reps, can access rate plans that are 120 days "expired", MANAGERSs can access rate plans 180 days expired......now they'll bs you, tell you their policy is this...etc....make them PROVE IT!!!!!!! I was doing this on a regular basis for people.....
good luck...
