More than one voice tag per contact?

Have had the phone for a couple of months now.. have the same problems everyone else seems to with the "copy contacts from SIM card" and deleted call logs...

The one thing I'm trying to figure out is whether I can create multiple voice tags associated with the same contact... you know, if you have one person with multiple numbers, and you want to be able to say "Mark home," "Mark mobile," and "Mark work" and have the phone call Mark at each of those locations.

Am I doomed to just having to create a separate contact for each of those?

First of all, if you still having log and sim copy problems I would recommend you to do master reset - it fixed my phone.
Secondly, regarding multiple voice tag, I don't think you can have more then 1 voice tag per contact with the original software. However, you can download 3rd party software which will allow you to have multiple voice tag per contact.

What kind of third-party software and where would I get it?

Also, when you do the master reset, what all is reset/lost? I'm worried about losing my connection settings to access points and things.

this answer was inadvertently emailed to us. here's rara5's suggestion:

"I'm not sure wich one you need, but you should loock for programs here: 1) http://my-symbian.com/main/index3.php?cat=3 2)http://www.symbiangear.com/ 3) http://symbian.pdatopsoft.com/ When you do master reset you should copy all the data from your phone to your computer. You should also copy all your contacts onto your MMC. this way you can always restore any lost data."
