Nokia 6682 / 6681

I received a 6682 for cingular from letstalk.com about 3 weeks ago with the pearl white cover and old firmware with no cingular symbols or software on the phone. I am tempted to invoke the 30-day return return policy to try and get the new firmware version however it has been posted here that it comes with the cingular symbols..etc and is most likely locked. Should i even bother with the exchange even though i'm not having any problems?? Or should i just count myself lucky that i got one without the cingular induced issues?? Thanks for any comments on this one!!!
