Is it true this phone is not V-Cast Music Capable?

I just read that in one of the reviews posted here. I was thinking since it has V-Cast, it should be but I am certainly no expert?

Is it true I am asking too many questions? 😲
Just trying to be an educated consumer that's all.

This is a V-cast phone and does get v-cast coverage in like L.A and other places like that, but if you get the plan and don't live in a v-cast area you still have unlimited mobile web.
