Cellphone cant connect to towers

"No netwk cover" in my area of FL. I checked with another guy that has a Motorola and he has 3 bars. Did anybody have this problem with their z520? I think it has to be phone. Is there any software issue about this?

So, I got a new cellphone from Cingado/ular. Now this one works. It was the cellphone all along. I have the one with the yellow dot. Hopefully this one will last more than 3 months.
