called cingular at my nearest mall and they have an 8125 for $459.00 retail,is this a good price,and was also wondering,is this devise good enough to replace my laptop and internet sevice?not that much of an internet junkie,just the basics,so if i cancel my home internet and get cingy's package will this do?

this isn't a laptop... though i don't have it just yet, I'd have to say it's not meant to replace home internet use, nor a laptop... while it may seem to have similar features to laptops, it won't replace it, it's way too small to ever replace a laptop. the retail price isn't bad considering if you buy it unlocked or just somewhere else on the internet, chances are it'll cost more then $500. this device is meant for on-the-go type use with internet and PDA functionality... that based on what i know about this device...
