HTC 8125 / 8100 / MDA (USA) / K-JAM / P4300 (Wizard)

I am strongly considering using this device as my introduction into pda/phones. I know it has been suggested that it isn't a good phone for those who aren't familiar with the OS, however one way or another I am going to have to introduce myself to it. I am mostly interested in a device that can condense the contents of my briefcase:
Calendar
Camera
Phone
Organizer (extensive task lists and memos)
Address Book
and most importantly I need an OS that supports SPB finance which will sync with my Microsoft Money Budget which is about 90% of my business.
I have absolutely no intention of activating any data transfer, internet, email, or messaging systems as I have absolutely no use for them and especially so with the costs of monthly ...
