HTC 8125 / 8100 / MDA (USA) / K-JAM / P4300 (Wizard)
SLINGBOX
I am a Cingular 8125 user, and I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to hook up their PDA/Pocket PC to a Slingbox. If so, how is the picture on EDGE. I am in WI which is not a UMTS or HSDPA market, so I would only be pulling from EDGE and occasionally GPRS. Any information would be much appreciated. If I could get that Slingbox to work well on my 8125, I would be in heaven!!!

Edge works fine for the slingbox. You need to make sure that you turn the quality down or it will stutter a little bit. Otherwise all is well with the 8125 (which is only edge, not UMTS/HSDPA) and the slingbox.

Yeah, but if Im at home pulling from my WI-FI connection, I will just watch my own T.V.. I wish there was some way to test out the slingbox on my 8125. If anyone reading this can verify how well the Slingbox works off of EDGE, please do so. Im sure it will work fine off WI-FI, but I will be pulling off of EDGE 90% of the time I would want to use it.
