What's up with Samsung?
Yeah, they got new innovative phones, and I'm all for that, but doesn't it seem like they have too many phones? Is that even possible? I mean, which is better, this, the E730, the D600, the D720? They all seem like slight variations on each other with little bits of innovation here and there, like a motion sensor or anti-bacterial coating or video outs. I work for T-Mobile in America, and the E105 gets replaced by the E315, which is replaced by the E335, and the X475 is replaced in 6 months by the X495, the new E635 is junk compared to the discontinued D415, and we dropped the C225, one of the best free phones out there. The best Samsung? The P735! Not worth the $300 we charge for it. I like Samsung, as I own a D500 and LOVE it, but no one h...

I think the reason for bringing out phones in a mass quantity is to let the subscribers of America have a choice in what features and style they want. Also, they probably want to see what phones sell and what phones don't. Retail manufacturing has got to be a hard businsess to be in because there are always going to be people who dislike their products. It is trial and error, you'll hear no argument from me about the C225, by far one of the best entry levels T-Mobile ever had (3390 being one of the others) I am a Samsung lover as well and I gotta say, European market for them has the coolest phones (in my opinion) It's almost like they want the American market to be more greatful for what they give us or something before they let us have s...

I also work for T-Mobile. i must disagree with u with the C225. Yes is was a free phone but it had so many problems. i have troubleshooted and replace so many of those phones. the x475 and x495 are both POSes. i do agree that the new E635 is junk compared to the D415. the P735 is a good phone but i am disappointed the it didnt habe bluetooth for the money u are paying for that phone.
