Reception compared to 650?
The 650 was lacking in reception in a big way compared to standard cell phones - is the 700W any better in this regard?

😡 I was eagerly anticipating the Treo 700w and bought the first one available at the Verizon kiosk at Circuit City in Newport Beach/Fashion Island (1/7/06). I switched to Verizon from Sprint just for this phone and was extremely impressed with its feature set, functionanitly and user interface - which is somewhat (but not totally) intuitive for Window's users.
Sadly, due to a 17%+ dropped call rate (most of my calls are from 2 locations), I had to return my Treo 700w this evening as it was the last day of my 15-day "worry free" guarantee. Even though VZN itself gave me the actual % of my drops and agreed that it is unacceptable, they refused to extend my trial period, even if I tried another device.
