Palm Treo 700w / 700wx
GPS?
First off, can the 700W be used as a good GPS unit (user friendly, streets, "turn left in 500 feet" etc) and if so, what's needed and recommendations?

Don't know about the 700 yet but I have TomTom on my 650 and I love it. I got the GPS car kit from Seidio for 299 and change (though you can get cheaper elsewhere I found out too late...gotta shop online) and the software's great..The car kit includes an external mic and speaker on the cradle so real hands-free in the car. If it works on the 650 I imagine the 700 would support too. Hope it was helpful...Cheers
