Anyone that has one - Keypad volume help

I just got the 580 and like it a lot. The only thing I can't figure out is the keypad volume. I have the level set to zero, but it still changes with my actual speaker level. If anyone else has this problem, with your main volume on 7 (or so), turn your keypad to zero and let me know if it turns the keypad off when you dial. I just need to know if it's a defect in my phone.

just got off the phone w/ tech support/ I have same problem/ tech support told me to get to an authorized service/repair store for a software update

you need to turn DTMF off in the phone settings

Thank You! I sent one i580 back already because I thought it was a defect. Glad I didn't send this one back too!
