Ring + Vibrate
Is there any possible way to make my RAZR V3M ring and vibrate at the same time?

Yes. Push the volume button at the side and it'll do it for ya. I do it all the time.

It also depends on the network. Sprint v3m? Yes. Amp'd Mobile (the one I have now)? No, but it'll do "wibrate, then ring".

Those other answers were not helpfull (IMHO).
If you go to: Settings, Sounds, Volume, then Ringer... you will see a box you can check called "Always Vibrate" so the phone will vibrate on all volume levels when ringing.
This is a nice feature that I have never seen on other phones I have owned. Good Luck.
