How do You Change the Front Wallpaper?

Does anyone know how to change the wallpaper for the front screen on this phone? I Just purchased it earlier today and I'm trying to customize the front LCD screen, but it's not giving me the opion anywhere... any ideas?

you cant thats something different about the m then the c they had to change it around a little bit more
