I HAVE A VERIZON 700P TRIO. IT IS FAR AND AWAY THE WORST PHONE I HAVE EVER HAD. i AM ON MY 6TH PHONE IN 18 MONTHS. i HAVE HAD MANY MANY PROBLEMS WITH MY PHONE. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD PROBLEMS. I HAVE HAD 5 REPLACEMANTS, AND VERIZON WILL NOT GIVE ME A DIFFERENT PHONE...

I have a Sprint version that I got in Feb. to replace my Samsung i500 flip Palm phone. Its been a great phone for me.
I upgraded for the Bluetooth and expanded memory so I could add more options.
I do occasionally use the extras but I really miss the small "pocket" sized i500.

if theyve been treating you that badly just switch providers at the end of your term of service, which looks to be very soon. I had a similar problem, explained the situation and they took care of me. I couldn't be happier.

there's a lemon law with verizon. after 3 replacement phones and they should let you get something else. Be stern, and speak with a manager if you need to. And also make sure you go to Corporate store. 6 phones is ridiculous and they will do something, sometimes you just have to be firm in your stance.
