the left soft light is staring to dim i noticed this, this morning, and i didn't buy an insurnce. does anybody know wats going on with my fone and do u think the manafacturs warrenty will cover it? ☹️

no it didn't get wet. i've been extremely careful with this fone. i haven't even dropped it yet.

then you shoudl have no issues getting it swaped, just stop in a service center

I had the exact same problem. Left Soft key light turned off within 15 days of purchase, they were nice enough to replace it with a new unit. Take it back to VZW service center.
