Volume controls when open?
I played back a 15 sec video I made and the loudness almost knocked me out of my seat. I can't figure out how to lower it. I can mute it but not lower it. What obvious toggle am I missing? Thanks for not laughing! alienhiker

Thank you for the reply. My fingers are too big (fat?) to really use them easily and without contacting the screen. I'll experiment with various items and report back: thus far, a match stick seems to work. (Guess I'll have to take up smoking again.) You'd think they would have incorporated an easier design for the volume control. I wonder if there is an unpublished series of buttons on the keypad for this. Speaking of which, I hear there is a "secret menu." Anyway, I really like this phone alot.
