Music & Video Cut Off Halfway Through
Hi, I apologize if this has been asked, but I've been sifting through, and I don't quite see what I'm looking for. Anyway...
My mother, my sister and I all have enVs (we love them), but they are both having problems with their video and music. I don't have the problem b/c I don't really use these features.
Both of them experience playing videos and music stored on their SD cards that will simply stop about halfway through (or something like 2 mins into them). Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Maybe its the memory cards? do they both have the same one? what brand is it? size?

It could be the memory cards. One is a 512mb and the other is a 1gig. We're going to try purchasing the Music Essentials Kit (we were having a hard time paying the full price for a piece of software, but now it may be the only way) and seeing if that works.
