help - m y phone wont stop talking
everytime i get a phone call or txt, it tells me out loud who it is.
how do i turn this off, without putting my phone on silent? ( i wanna still hear it ring)

That's called "Call alert". It sounds like you have it set to "Name Repeat"
To enable/disable this function on your enV. go to
Settings and Tools/
2. Tools/
1. Voice Commands/
Now in the voice commands menu, the voice will speak the menu option to you as you go through them. While in this menu, press the right Soft Key "Settings" you will hear the voice say "Choice List"
In this menu, select ->
5. Call Alert/
Here you can select "Ring Only" (probably what you want), or you can select "Caller ID+Ring" or "Name Repeat" 👀

go into the phone settings. check voice commands, then call alerts. set it to ring only. hopr that stops the talking...
