The 9900 (enV) is the upgrade. Its thinner, the keyboard is changed (size of the keys), bluetooth is much better and less crippled...

I would say the enV... but that's just me... and you can't buy the V from Verizon anymore... just throwing that out there... if you already had the V... then it might not have been worth upgrading... since there are only some things better... but you already have the enV so I'd say stick with it...
