Help with exchange

my wife and I both made the mistake of buying cherry chocolates with the bluetooth, car charger and carry case kits....we are both on our second and I am about to go on my 3rd!! cuz of defects....i called the local store and they said they cant do anything but swap out for a refurb one...only had it a lil over a month...any ideas of where i can call..waht i should say or who i should talk to?? were at a loss...pay lot sof money and just want a phone that works....would luv an enV

The EnV is a good phone over all. If you like to do more than just calling, then this is your phone.

Verizon's exchange policy:
If your phone malfunctions as a result of a manufacturing defect after the return and exchange period but within the first year that you own the phone, Verizon Wireless will eit...

No there is absolutley no cost after he 3rd one your entitled to exchange the phone for a comparable one at no cost. Just make sure you speak up and tell them you want a new phone or else you'll cancel your contract. It worked for me like you wouldn't believe 🙂

They listened!!! The 800 number is much more pleasant than the store...now my wife is up for getting a new phone but they want the techs to look at it first...fingers crossed...the phones are junk....need a reliable phone....just like teh 800 rep said..thats not to much to ask!

And if ya talk to the wrong person you ask them for their name and threaten to call the CEO on them for not helping and doing their job it is that simple it worked wonders for me 😁

Of corse they listen When I tell Verizon to jump they always ask me how high ;-)
