I got my enV on the day it was released in November. Until yesterday it was an awesome phone that never had a problem. I flipped it open last night and pressed the message button and it went to the verizon screen with the black background. It would stay like that for about 15 seconds, flash off and come back on. Thats interesting because they seam to tell almost everyone the same thing when they go back to them with a problem. I would have to suggest going back there and asking to speak with the manager....and dont take no for an answer. They will try to do everything possible to keep you from speaking with a manager, trust me I have been there. I sometime wonder if the repair techs even know how to fix phones, because they are almost always replaceing them. Good Luck,

I just hope they replace it, with out an insurance claim. I had an issue with my phone before this, and they replaced it after I had it for almost two years, and it had water damage. They didn't even question replacing that one. I'm going to another store tomorrow, so hopefully it gets taken care of. thanks!
