software update?
Has anyone got it yet? if so what does it fix? I wasn't aware of any bugs with mine, 🤨 so i was wondering what the update does?

-Fixes the "save to phone" default on reboot so it remains where you set it even if you power-down.
-Blocks the use of BitPim
-when you go to delete your txt messages, options have changed...when you delete the "inbox" or "all" it gives you the option to delete all or only the read messages.
-You can now send 2MP pics (not limited to the 1.3MP ones) but... an annoying thing that "redhandeddenial" from HoFo found is that you can only send the 2mp pics from the camera interface, like right after you take it.....you cant send 2mp pics from the saved "my pics" interface in get it now
-the lowest resolution videos can now be up to 30 seconds long to be sent in a video message!
if you select the highest resolution video, it automatically chan...

Do you know when this software upgrade will be available because I went into my local Verizon store and the tech support there said he hadn't recieved the upgrade yet but you think it'll be out soon? Sounds like these are some nice welcomed changes most of all the save option for taking pictures. I'm happy enough now with my 2 gig card and i really don't need any more. lol I'm barely using any memory as it is. Any help is appreciated as always and thanks!

I think you just have to call around to the different VZW stores in your area to find one that has had the software update pushed to their service computers and has technicians to load it onto your phone. 👀

I hope this software update will fix the questionable ERI Bug.
It has been reported on other forums and I have also noticed this on my enV, that even though the ERI indicator is turned off, it will stay on..... The annoying voice keeps saying "Loss Of Service".

No sorry to hear that though. I've never witnessed this problem and there's really nothing wrong with my enV at all.I'm happy w/ it so far. I'm just waiting for the software update to come out. It'll fix a few things that I know of.
