The software download should always be free. All you have to do is give Tech support your phone, they give you a reciept and in the given amount of time, when you come back, the upgrade should already be done. that's it.

I'm sure you can find LG Download from a HoFo member. 😁
Be careful flashing your phone yourself to v.02, a few people on HoFo have already bricked their phones trying this, and it voids your warranty. 🤨
