enV Orange
Hi everyone,
regarding the extra button that I've heard of on the Orange enV, it looks like it's not a new button, but simply a reprogrammed email button based on this pic:

Does anyone know what new functions it will do exactly? Will it perform any functions that the current silver enV does not - are these new functions worth waiting for it?

Yep, this button is going to be a customisable menu shortcut button. You can create a single menu of all the menu line items you want to see there.

Awesome. One more question with that, do you know if there will be a software upgrade available for the current silver enVs that will allow you to customize the orange email/enV button? Or is that option already there in the recent version 2 software upgrade? Or do you think that after the Orange enV is released, they will make that small button change on the silver enVs as well?
That definitely is a good feature to have - I don't want to pay $20 a month for e-mail sync, but would much rather like to be able to customize that button; and I kinda like the silver enV (for now anyway).

Currently, there is no plan to change that feature on existing silver EnVs. *pouts*

Te orange is actually a very ugly orange. Go to howardforums.com and do a search and you can see it. I would say get te silver one and ten go to ebay and buy a snap on cover.

I'm sure they'll come out with other colors eventually, but as far as I know, the only difference between the silver and orange is the "env" button replacing the "email" button. But I could be wrong.
