Replacement phone?
I was wondering if you guys think verizon would give me hassle on getting a replacement phone..they are just minor things but they bug the hell out of me
1. The P button does not work sometimes
2. The OK button does not light up anymore
3. Both the main screen and front screen freeze up for about 10-15 seconds sometimes
4. the phone will restart it self (although it hasnt done that in a while)

i have had trouble with buttons not working and some keys not lighting up and when i took it in they didnt give me any grief about getting a new one. you should be fine. if not im sure theres plenty of other vzw stores around you could take the phone to.

Yeah, you should be fine in getting a replacement phone. When i swapped my old 9800 out due to my inner screen freezing on me, my manager didn't give me any hassle and multi-frued me out to the enV. you should be fine. Just show them the problems. Hope all goes well.
