Problems charging battery

Having problems charging battery. It will charge then read charge complete. I will still have a low battery (one bar). It is a brand new battery. Brand new charger.

Sounds like you should exchange the battery at the store. 👀

Yeah if you go to exchange it at tech support, they should just give you another enV. Sorry to haer about that though.
